Opening of WorldCom Exhibit

The Museum of Extinct Enterprises is proud to announce the opening of our WorldCom Exhibit this Friday in the Fastow Gallery.

WorldCom was a bizarre creature which belonged to the telecomasorus family. Though it only lived in the 1990s and early 2000s, the level of destruction it produced in this short period was enormous.

It preyed mostly on smaller entities (legitimate companies, shareholders) before it eventually overused the resources it had to contain its enormous appetite. Only a beast known as Enron wrecked more havoc over a shorter period of time.

Other Announcements

Our curator Mr. Skilling has been receiving several requests as to when our AOL Exhibit will open. It appears that this exhibit might open much sooner than we had originally thought.

Visitors to the museum should also note that our collection is growing very rapidly. If we continue to increase at the current rate, we will be forced to expand to at least ten times the space we have available right now.
