Today Is Canada Day, Please Carry On with What You Were Doing
Sorry for interrupting, but I just wanted to point out that today is Canada Day. I hope you don’t mind that I mention it. I know you Americans have a lot of important things on your minds.I just wanted to tell you in case you heard any loud noises coming from north of the border you would know why. Of course we will try and have all the fireworks and celebrations wrapped up by 9:30 at the latest.
Still, if you think we are being too loud during our national holiday just tell us.
Naturally, we will clean up after any mess that we leave behind. Again, don’t hesitate to let us know if we are being too rowdy.
Sorry for having taken up so much of your time. Please go back to what you were doing and, as difficult as it may be, try and pretend that we are not even here.
