U.S. Open Anna Coverage Begins
Chortlerâs U.S. Open tennis coverage begins today with Annaâs preparations for her opening-round match against Indonesiaâs Angelique Widjaja.
Beginning at 5 a.m. we will show highlights of Anna getting out of a taxi, Anna smiling, Anna frowning, Anna walking down a street, Anna signing autographs and Anna eating French fries.
Then at 7 a.m. we will go live to "Breakfast with Anna" where we will find out what tennis fans around world are asking: Does Anna like her oatmeal plain or with a sprinkling of cinnamon and raisins?
Later, we will examine how the war on terrorism is affecting Anna, what Anna thinks about international climate change and the threat it poses to ocean ecosystems, and whether the stricter rules presented this month by the S.E.C. will lead to greater accountability among U.S. corporate executives.
In the afternoon we will broadcast all 15 minutes of Annaâs surprising and unfortunate upset to the 642nd seed.
That will be followed by our 16-part series, "Anna at the Beach," shown in its entirety.
