Jennifer Aniston's people are trying
to block a paparazzo from selling photos
of the actress sans the upper portion of
her attire. The topless snaps, which were
shot while Aniston was sunbathing, are not
for publication, according to her lawyers,
and therefore shall not be acquired by
penurious online satire rags. Nevertheless,
that has not stopped us from asking our panel
for their thoughts.
