down-home advice to millions of people, is being
taken to court by dieters who claim that his
âShape Upâ weight-loss program helped them lose
money but not weight. We asked our panel for
their thoughts on the matter.

would go on national television to try
and sell the American people a bill of goods that no
person in his or her right mind would believe?
